Giving Thanks Even in Troubled Times
A message from the founder, Sarah Wilkinson
| In the United States at the end of November we celebrate Thanksgiving, a favorite national holiday. And like most holidays around the world, it centers around food, family and friends. With all the economic turmoil around the world this year, it may seem more challenging to give thanks this Thanksgiving. But actually, I think in times like these we have even more to be thankful for. Hardship seems to bring out the best in us and reminds us that we need each other. New Peace Education Curriculum Now on Sale!

One of our greatest achievements this year is our peace education curriculum called "Peace Begins in Me". Written and published by a team of educators and PeacePal staff who worked over the summer to develop a comprehensive 18-week curriculum with two lessons per week. Lessons We Have Learned in our First Year
- International mail delivery times vary greatly and in some places mail never arrives at all;
- Handwritten letters with cool stamps are wonderful souvenirs...but only when they actually get mailed;
